This is a very friendly, multi level, group Pilates mat class, held in the large hall at Woking United Reformed Church.
Prices
Single Class Booking: £15.00 per class
5 Class Block Booking: £67.50 (£13.50 per class) - valid for 3 months
Details
The class is designed for those with some experience of Pilates. Please note that it is not suitable for total beginners.
We’ll occasionally use small props, such as balls and bands, to add a bit of a variety and challenge to the class.
