Welcome to my world of Pilates and Swimming!

As the typical macho sceptic , I was by pushed by a good friend because of my serious muscular back pain to join a group of mostly men for an hour of Pilates each week. Sally puts us through our paces and don’t been fooled, you work for the benefits but the benefits are very clear. You improve your core muscles and after a few weeks you feel so much better. Although I still suffer occasionally, my back is so much stronger and my posture at 74 is clearly improved. I look forward to my lesson as the group involved have a great sense of humour and are a great group to join
